are always craving for sweetness in their foods, by following a little hack
they can also add this taste savor of their food. What if they add a sugar substitute in their diet? By adding this sugar substitute they
can remain healthy and also rid off the fear of sugar in their diet.
So
by continuing this interesting topic I would like to tell you the recipe of
this mesmerizing dessert. The twist lies in the ingredients that I am
going to tell you.
First
of all, its ingredients

ladyfingers
- 2
tablespoon coffee liquor
- 1
teaspoon vanilla extract
- Sugar free tablets (according to own requirement)
- 1
cup low-fat ricotta cheese
- 1
square chocolate
- 1
cup plain yogurt
- 1
teaspoon instant espresso powder
- 1/2
cup boiling water
1. First of all break ladyfinger into 3 pieces, then divide
evenly among four 8-ounce glass tumblers or dessert glasses.
2. Place coffee in a glass measuring cup and add some boiling water.
Add coffee liqueur and 2 tablets of kaloree1. Pour evenly over the ladyfingers
and leave it to soak.
3. Now for the topping, beat the ricotta with yogurt, artificial sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Pile on top of the soaked of the ladyfingers.
4. Sprinkle the top of each dessert with grated chocolate.
5. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes
and
your dessert is ready :)
